Founder of B-rdy [be ready], instructor of defensive shooting and small team tactics in various environments. Shooter, competitor, and training methodology specialist in defensive shooting, rifle, and pistol shooting. International referee and organizer of IDPA, LOS, and IPSC competitions. Organizer of tactical shooting contests such as BMC, Military Cup, and Tactical Scenarios.

Besides tactical training and professional preparation for interest groups, Vašek is mainly dedicated to dynamic IPSC shooting. He represented the Czech Republic at the 2022 World Championship in Thailand as well as at many other championships. His passion is performance shooting and the measurable progress of our students.

Engi has been active in the security field since 2005. Since 2019, he has served as a board member of LEX, and since 2016, as a firearms and ammunition examiner appointed by the Czech Ministry of the Interior, he has tested applicants for firearm licenses in professional competency exams. He also holds a firearms license for firearms training and instruction. He works as a referee at LOS competitions, and in 2018, as part of the first group of 11 members from the Czech Republic, he obtained IDPA referee certification. He holds certification from the US Army USAEUR OCSURG as a Combat Lifesaver and has worked as the exclusive importer for MPI CZ as a Glock pistol armorer.

B-rdy and Czech Army firearms training instructor, squad leader with the 41st Mechanized Battalion in Žatec, multiple-time Czech national LOS champion, and 2019 IDPA World Champion in Alabama.

Jakub "Kaly" Kalabza has been training with B-rdy since 2015. In 2018, he became a professional with service experience. For more than 7 years, he worked for one of the Czech intelligence services, where he worked his way up from operative to shooting instructor, where he was able to use the methodological experience he gained at B-rdy. Today, he serves in the Czech Army and continues to focus on shooting skills.

Zdeněk has been a member of the B-rdy s.r.o. team since 2020, where he works in the field of Close Protection and as an instructor of CQB and Small Unit Tactics. His professional experience is built on more than a decade of intensive training in tactical shooting, combat medical care, PSD and Close Protection.

Martin, alias LEGi, was born in Pilsen in 1974 and has been working with B-rdy for many years on survival and self-defense courses. He works for the Pilsen Municipal Police in the city center, where he deals with a variety of situations involving offences and crimes on a daily basis.

Tomáš “King” Král is a war veteran with 18 years of service and an operator of the 601st Special Forces Group, with combat experience from missions in Afghanistan. He began his cooperation with B-rdy through Hard Task Training s.r.o., where he works as an instructor of “green” tactics and Close Protection. Tomáš is the subject-matter expert for tactical procedures and an instructor in small-team tactics (SUT, CQB), tactical tracking, and personal protection services.
