Military Cup is a tactical shooting competition focused on completing a complex tactical operation and including shooting scenarios and non-shooting tasks that test participants in areas such as teamwork, terrain orientation, providing emergency assistance in a combat environment (CLS), green tactics, behavior in captivity, etc. Registration is in teams of two (buddy teams).
The operation runs NON-STOP for approximately 24 hours. During this time, you will be subject to the rules of the operation. You will probably not be available by phone or other means of communication during the operation.
The operation will be divided into individual stages. During each stage, teams will solve individual tasks or checkpoints. Once everyone has completed them, the next stage and tasks will begin. The rotation of individual teams will be determined by the referees, who will direct you to the next checkpoint, for example, or the development will result directly from the situation.
In terms of the competition, the operation can be divided into the deployment, night part, and day part, each of which has an unspecified number of stages.
The goal is to verify safe and efficient weapon handling, adaptability to different scenarios, and resilience under physical and mental stress. Stages combine shooting from multiple positions, weapon manipulation, and continuous movement within the shooting area.
WHAT TO EXPECT
B-rdy Military Cup is based on the multi-platform weapon principle, requiring each buddy team to demonstrate skills with both rifle and pistol. Scenarios may include:
- Full night scenario for a buddy team including S.E.R.E. parts
- Dynamic shooting from various positions and distances.
- Simulated CQB and FIBUA (fighting in buildings and urban areas) created with obstacles and props.
- Vehicle stages – tasks inspired by shooting from/into vehicles and tactical movement under cover.
- Shooting on the move and obstacle navigation such as windows, barricades, tunnels, or trenches.
- Tactical situations including simulated casualty care following TCCC principles.
- Special weapon systems in selected stages (e.g., UTM, precision rifles, machine guns).
GEAR & EQUIPMENT
From the start to the end of the operation, any external assistance, resupply, etc. is PROHIBITED. This also applies to the consumption of liquids and food, ammunition for short and long weapons, etc. You must bring everything you need for the operation with you.
Any unauthorized resupply will result in the termination of your participation in the operation. Mutual assistance between teams is possible, but it will always be reported to the organizers for review. It is not possible to transfer weapons and ammunition between teams.
The competitionhas only one division:
- Full Gear Division – participants compete with complete tactical equipment as listed in the Competitor’s Equipment List for the event. This typically includes a tactical vest or plate carrier, ballistic helmet, full-finger gloves, long-sleeve uniform, boots with ankle support, and the required number of magazines, backpacks and many more.
The approximate Military Cup’s Competitors Equipment List corresponds to the universal list attached to the BMCS Rulebook.
RULES
Each stage has a clearly defined goal, time limit, and penalties for mistakes. Scoring values both speed and tactically correct, safe execution.Perfect mastery of safe weapon handling, which you have also declared, is an absolute necessity! The organizers reserve the right not to announce any winner of the competition. The evaluation rules are not and will not be made public. Participants will receive only the minimum information necessary to complete individual tasks or shooting stations. The evaluation is based upon the BMCS Rulebook, which defines safety requirements, range procedures, scoring methods, and allowed techniques. All participants must know and comply with these rules. The competition operates under a cold range policy – firearms remain unloaded outside of stages, and handling is only permitted in designated areas and on the command of an RO.
Safety is a priority! Any dangerous behavior will result in termination of your participation in the operation. The decisions of the referees and organizers are final and cannot be appealed. However, each disqualification will be announced and discussed with the operation management.
Unless otherwise stated, all weapons will be considered live and loaded (including the use of airsoft weapons, which will be subject to the same rules). Unless you have been given permission to shoot by a referee, your weapon must always be in a state that prevents firing. In the case of live weapons, any loading and unloading must always be done at the referee’s instruction, unless otherwise stated. More detailed safety information will be provided at the introductory briefing.
During the operation, you will likely be asked to store your weapons in a vault room for a certain period of time. The rules of safe handling also apply to all weapons and equipment that you come into contact with during the operation. If you do not know how to handle a weapon, ask the referee for an explanation during the briefing at the shooting range. They will know whether they can help you.
THE “RED STOP” RULE – if you say two words – “Red STOP” – in any situation, it means that you are complying with all their demands and, conversely, they will cease any activities. Examples include interrogation, mental exhaustion, etc. Using the phrase “RED STOP” does not necessarily mean the end of your operation, but in certain cases it may.
LAWS & CONDITIONS
Participation requires a valid firearms license and legal possession of firearms and ammunition according to applicable laws. Competitors must follow all legal regulations of the Czech Republic and the instructions of range officers. International participants must meet the requirements for importing firearms and ammunition into the country.

PROFILE OF A SUCCESSFUL PARTICIPANT
A successful B-rdy Military Cup competitors demonstrates safe and effective handling of both rifle and pistol in dynamic, scenario-based stages. The buddy teams are capable of engaging targets while on the move, from various shooting positions and simulated cover, and under physical or time pressure. They can tactically plan stage execution to achieve the optimal balance between speed, accuracy, and safety. They are skilled in weapon transitions, can resolve common malfunctions under stress, and move safely between shooting positions. They understand the principles of operating within stage boundaries, follow range officer commands, and act in full compliance with competition rules.
