B-rdy [be ready] Tactical Education System is based on more than 10 years of experience, practical knowledge, and a constant critical approach aimed at perfectionism. The motto of our systematic approach and learning of tactical skills is “education, not entertainment.” Unlike other providers, our goal is to educate, not to provide recreational entertainment. On the other hand, we often use Comenius’s “school by play” approach, and each of our courses, trainings, or competitions are based on a customer-oriented approach and professional experience.

Tier 1 – Individual Skills
This tier is dedicated to building core individual capabilities for any tactical or defensive scenario. Whether you’re preparing for combat, competition, or real-world emergencies, this is where personal mastery begins. Every course in this tier strengthens the confidence and competence of the individual operator and will prepair you to be better part of your team or unit.

Tier 2 – Team Skills (for a small units)
“Two is one and one is none”. Tier 2 focuses on team work, small-unit tactics and team-level coordination in high-stress environments. In B-rdy we believe that you need to train and work as a team to enhance your skills. Courses emphasize communication, movement, tactical planning, and mission execution as a cohesive unit. You’ll train in live-action scenarios that simulate real operations in urban terrain. This is where individuals become operational teams capable of functioning under pressure.

Tier 3 – Team Cooperation Skills (for a group of teams or companies)
Third tier delivers advanced training for complex missions, specialized roles, and full-spectrum operations. You need other teams to train together in this tier level. But it is a way to enhance your team’s skills. From planning and leadership to multi-domain coordination, it prepares professionals for high-risk and strategic environments. The focus is on readiness for deployment, mission success, and interoperability with law enforcement or military units. These courses are intended for those who already operate at a professional level and need to expand their capabilities further.
