The B-rdy Night Operations Scenarios are Tier 2 training days for a small units and teams from 6 to 12 members. This one-night training session is all about training SOPs, procedures, communication in the team during the night. Participating teams will train procedures and new features and expand their skills based on the latest insights from the international battlefield.
A prerequisite for the training is that members of the registered unit have graduated the B-rdy Night Vision Operator Course or Refresh module in past 2 years.

TIER 2 COURSE
This is a Tier 2 course in the B-rdy hierarchy. In our concept, it is not an entertainment course, but comprehensive training based on a methodical approach that builds on and follows up on the skills acquired at the Tier 1 level, primarily in the areas of B-rdy Weapons Handling and Shooting, Dark Environment Individual Courses, B-rdy Performance Trainings, and other selected skills. Tier 2 courses are typically organized for entire registered teams, primarily from the armed forces. At the request from graduates of our B-rdy Weapons Handling & Shooting courses, we can offer several classes and lessons to form a functioning team.
As part of your preparation, we recommend refreshing your knowledge of:
- safety, weapon control, loading and unloading, working with the safety catch, ammo management, and tactical reloading
- B-rdy Shooting Basics Tetragon (BSBT – posture and center of gravity, weapon grip, trigger pull, and eye work) in full gear with helmet and gloves
- left and right guard, arm and hand swaps from various weapon positions
- multiple target engagement – shooting at multiple targets
- movements in different directions within the team (cover-and-go procedure)
- procedures for shooting from different positions (standing, high and low kneeling, prone)
- shooting at close range
- reaction to malfunction by switching weapons
- solving common malfunctions
- cover and its use – working with distance from cover (light/dark differences), weapon position on different types of cover (vertical, horizontal, slanted), slicing the pie, footwork, search fire, vertical position changes, etc.
- lowlight & dark conditions with rifle and pistol
- basics of teamwork (safe directions, working on cover with multiple people, cover-and-go procedures, etc.)
- communication procedures
However, there is nothing to worry about, we will proceed step by step and from the basics according to the group’s abilities and skills.
GEAR & EQUIPMENT
Mandatory equipment:
- Helmet or skullcrasher with a suitable shroud for attaching the Wilcox L4G24 mount or your own NVD system
- Headlamp and handheld flashlight
- layered clothing suitable for the weather and getting dirty (camouflage, e.g., multicam), jacket to protect against the cold
- sturdy shoes covering the ankles
- full gear equipment (tactical belt and plate carrier)
- protective equipment – high-quality eye protection resistant to projectiles (FX, airsoft), active headset, protective mask covering the face (we will have several pieces available for loan) or balaclava or wrap, gas-mask
- training primary weapon (rifle) – FX or airsoft equipped with a flashlight + at least 3 magazines and sufficient ammunition (+ loader, etc.)
- Live AR-15 self-loading rifle equipped with a flashlight and silencer (recommended barrel length 10-14.5″), live service pistol + at least 3 magazines for both weapons an ammunition
- A sling for a long guns.
- A secure, hard (kydex, plastic etc.) holster for a short gun.
- Sufficient amount of water (at least 3 liters of water per day) and your own snacks, e.g., energy bars (we will probably order some food delivery during the course)
- Writing materials for notes
- UHF Radio
Recommended equipment:
- Training pyrotechnics are an advantage (training flashbangs, training grenades)
- knee pads or knee protection
- wet wipes for the eyes to clean up any marks left by the marking ammo
- A chair to rest on will increase your comfort.

LAWS & CONDITIONS
The trainings are suited to teams and units with B-rdy Tier 1 courses graduates members. We are also able to create an individual terms for foreign students.
PAYMENT
Registration is mandatory. When you register for a course, you will receive a confirmation email and we will send you an invoice approximately 1 week before the event. The price will be calculated upon your own equipment.

GOAL OF THE TRAINING
Team members and unit team-leaders know how to react for the contact situation and perform the SOPs and drills according the situation using NVDs. Each training is a different and prepare the team for another scenario.
