B-rdy Tactical Scenarios represent the most advanced form of testing small team tactics training. Six-member teams face scenarios focused on the skills of special forces fighters, intelligence officers, and operators.
The first run was organized by B-rdy in 2019 for armed forces and private operators from the Czech Republic and abroad. The six-member teams faced five tactical scenarios focused on fighting in built-up areas (FIBUA), small unit tactics (SUT), rappelling, TCCC rescue, and close quarters combat (CQB). Everything was spiced up with the use of a helicopter for transport and deployment. There will be no traditional scoring during your performance.
Each scenario will have guarantors and an organizational team that will provide individual assessments of the scenario’s development. Cameras will be placed at key points in the scenarios to capture the team’s work. After the event, team leaders will receive only their own recordings for further analysis and internal evaluation. All recordings are confidential and will be deleted immediately after delivery.
