B-rdy Modern Close Quarter Battles (CQB) Course is one of the flagship courses in tactical training. Teams and their members who sign up for this long-term course will expand their skills for performing various tasks in built-up environments such as buildings, rooms, stairwells, basements, and bunkers. The unique methodology, divided into 14 full-day lessons, is based on the latest insights from the international battlefield and breaks down the most common myths and outdated methods. It is precisely this methodological approach to CQB training that sets our course above many other similar courses.
A prerequisite for successful completion of the course is that members of the registered unit have individual skills at the Tier 1 level.
The course’s full-day lessons are often not a single-time affair. B-rdy opens a class and recruits teams and they attend follow-up lessons. F.e. The first two days are always together as an introduction about basic SOPs in a built-up environments. Other ongoing lessons are typically learned 1 or 2 lessons (1 or 2 training days) per every month, so teaching this course takes about 1 year, during which time the instructors will help the students work through the complex issues of close quarter battles.
