B-rdy [be ready] s.r.o. brings together professionals operating internationally across the private sector and armed services. We deliver services in advanced firearms and tactical training, security education, soft target protection, and the protection of people and property. For many years, we have organized shooting competitions based on established sport disciplines such as IPSC, IDPA, and LOS, as well as our own BMCS system, including advanced Law Enforcement/Military scenario-based simulations built on real-world conflict experience.

B-RDY MILITARY CHALLENGE 2025 EVALUATION AND CEREMONY

The end of the Military Challenge 2025 series, where we had a Christmas party with an awards ceremony at the end.

South Africa 2025 WORLD SHOOT

Václav Frýdl placed in the top 100 shooters out of almost 500 competitors at the World Shoot IPSC competition in South Africa.

N-mission 2025

In 2025, we also participated in the N-mission, organized by the Nezdolný association. This is a complex exercise focused on various aspects of a modern warrior. This year, we deployed 3 teams to the exercise. It was three days of effort, but it paid off because we won several awards.

MEDCUP 2025

In 2025, B-rdy once again supported an excellent competition between teams in providing pre-hospital care according to Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) standards. For 12 teams from elite units of the Czech Armed Forces, we designed, built, and implemented a Live Fire scenario focused on the primary phase of Care Under Fire.

Czech Combat 2025

This year, we and our partners organized the second international Czech Combat. Over 190 competitors participated, who had to overcome 12 stages.

BMCS shooting competition on the Open Day of the Skalice Shooting Range

On the opening of the newly reconstructed Skalice shooting range, we organized a dynamic shooting competition for the owner's guests and visitors from the public as part of an Open Day, in the spirit of B-rdy Military Combat Shooting rules. A total of 61 shooters took part in the competition.

Obtaining the patronage of the Minister of Defense of the Czech Republic for the Czech Combat 2025 competition

For more than 10 years, B-rdy has been supporting the private sector and armed forces in the field of training and sharing skills. It is precisely the connection with the Czech Army, the Ministry of Defense, the Czech Police and intelligence services that creates the quality and diversity of the Czech Combat 2025 tactical shooting competition.

Industry Day for Special Forces in Prostějov

As is our tradition, we organized an event for children on Children's Day, featuring a range of activities including the popular abseiling, shooting, archery, and combat demonstrations. In the evening, there was a bonfire, sausages, and sleeping outdoors.

N-mission 2024

We also participated in N-mission in 2024, a multi-day competition, demanding in all respects. In 3 days, we slept less than 5 hours, covered 400 km and gained thousands of good experiences.

Czech Combat 2024

In the summer of 2024, B-rdy, alongside CZ and S&B, organized the first Czech Combat. Competitors from all over the world came to compete in a completely new competition. Czech Combat is an international tactical shooting competition based on the B-rdy Military Combat Shooting concept and rules, which are designed to put participants on a path to becoming warriors with advanced shooting skill training. Our goal is to test and improve the abilities of each shooter though activities that focus on elevating their mindset, physical fitness, and shooting skills to an advanced level.

Winter Tactical Training at Brdy 2020

Winter training in 2020 and the blast of cold weather gave our winter trainings the name “Icebreaker”. Deployment of a unit in an unknown environment, survival in winter, and the ability to execute a mission against hostile activity are elements we teach all the time.

B-rdy Live Fire Battle Drills Trainings Establishment

Since 2020 we established a regular team trainings oriented on shooting and teamwork skills. We have developed our own system of battle drills based on simple commands and how to practice them.

Tactical Shooting Challenge – Bzenec 2017

A milestone for the future direction of B-rdy. Two teams representing B-rdy headed to Moravia, where they both finished on the winners’ podium! An amazing and inspiring event organized by Shooting Training and the guys from the 102nd Reconnaissance Battalion. We flew by helicopter to a shooting competition for the first time!

B-rdy Military Challenges (BMC) – competition every month

In June 2017, we organized the first B-rdy Military Challenge competition at the shooting range in Mýto. This shooting and tactical competition focused on testing the individual shooting skills of competitors under stress and in full gear. BMC became a qualifying criterion for further training, and the first competitions with several simple stages gave rise to a long-standing tradition.

B-rdy course Defensive Pistol Shooting

V roce 2016 jsme vypracovali vlastní metodiku nového kurzu zaměřeného na sebeobranné použití krátké zbraně ve skrytém nošení. Základem bylo zaměření se na tasení a střelbu v realistických scénářích a využití kontaktních prostředků ochrany, stejně jako finální sebeobranné scénáře. Founding of the B-rdy Shooting Team and representation at competitions

Based on the military-style shooting training, an our shooting team is being established under the B-rdy name to represent us at various competitions. As the B-rdy shooting team, we attend LOS and IPSC competitions and, above all, we are deepening our cooperation with the DARON group, which organises a series of tactical competitions called "DARON Combátek" at Křivoklát. In addition to the Sefzig brothers, Kofry, and Jarin, the team also includes Mike Libich and Ondra Celerýn. Soon, Karel Wagner from LOS in Spálené Poříčí and Jindra Brém from DARON, future B-rdy instructors, will join the team.

Regular shooting drills in Radkovice

Since May 2016, we have been organizing regular teamwork training sessions at the Alfatactical shooting range in Radkovice. The number of participants is gradually increasing.

Closing of the Military zone Brdy

On the last day of the year, December 31, 2015, we organized our last tour of the Brdy Military Training Area. On January 1, 2016, the Brdy Protected Landscape Area (CHKO BRDY) was established.

First public shooting training event under B-rdy brand

On December 12, 2015, we organized the first shooting training for the public under the B-rdy brand at the shooting range in Mýto. The event was more about the experience and introducing various shooting platforms, both pistols and rifles.

First complex training scenario Raptor

In the spring (March 8) of 2014, we organized under B-rdy the first comprehensive training called Raptor focused on long-range shooting at the Placy shooting range, followed by a tactical long-distance tactical movement enriched with medical training, topography, and patrolling.

Brdská brigáda – The founding of the informal group “Brdy’s brigade”

Due to differing views on the club's direction, an informal association called Brdská brigáda was formed at the end of 2013. The name was originally created as a pejorative term for a group of friends interested in prepping, teaching and training with weapons, military affairs, nature, and who are close to the Brdy Mountains. Members also declared the spirit of shooting training and education including military equipment and continue with tactical education under realistic scenarios.

Military competitions in Stod

Under the PT-SC club, we co-organized a military-themed shooting competition in 2012, which followed on from the Top Gunner competition in 2011. Due to its success, we continued with a series of PT-SC Cups and smaller PT-SC Match competitions within the association.

Self-defense and hand to hand combat in Rokycany

Following on from our history of self-defense training in Muay Thai, Krav Maga, karate, and Musado, we opened a self-defense class in Rokycany in 2012.

First tactical shooting competitions

Between 2010 and 2014, we co-organized the first open competitions focused on practical dynamic rifle and pistol shooting in a military spirit as members and co-founders of the Private Tactical Shooting Club (PT-SC) operating at the AntiTerror Academy shooting range in Stod, and we helped develop the training facility.

Establishment of the PT-SC club in Stod

In 2010, Jaroslav Hejl (Jarin) and Petr Kofroň (Kofry) met during a training session at the shooting range in Stod, and the idea of cooperation between the airsoft and shooting groups was born. 17.11. 2011, the independent PT-SC club was established at the training center in Stod with the aim of developing the facility, training, and organizing shooting competitions, and it quickly began to grow.

Many, many years ago…

After the Velvet Revolution, the Czech Army needed to implement a new hand-to-hand combat system in line with Western doctrine. The system chosen was the Korean MUSADO, modified in Germany to Musado MCS (Military Combat System). One of the first civilian groups was formed in Rokycany. Although it did not last long, it influenced the lives of all who attended it in the early 1990s. Although the members went their separate ways, and some even achieved the rank of General, the mindset and desire to be prepared remained with all of us. Through combat sports and arts, airsoft maneuvers, tactical and survival exercises, orienteering competitions, and tramping, most future members of B-rdy came to acquire shooting skills and a "military" approach to life.
