The F.A.S.T. (Fundamentals, Accuracy, & Speed Test)

DRILL DESCRIPTION

Drill begins from the holster, pistol loaded with exactly two rounds.

• draw
• fire exactly two rounds at the 3×5 box
• perform a slidelock reload
• fire four rounds at the 8″ circle

Miss = non valid result

Ranking:
10+ seconds: Novice
less than 10 seconds: Intermediate
less than 7 seconds: Advanced
less than 5 seconds: Expert
If shooter is using a retention holster and flap (covered) magazine pouches, subtract 0.5 seconds from the recorded time.

Mandatory equipment:

• Eye protection (ballistic glasses)
• Hearing protection (we recommend active hearing protection)
• Self-loading pistol
• 2 magazines

B-rdy Pistol Performance Oriented Trainings are suited for our students who passed our Pistol Handling System Course, but they are also open for everybody who wants to train under our B-rdy Performance oriented approach. Doesn’t matter if you want train shooting from concealed carry self-defense, or with equipment for a dynamic sport shooting disciplines, or use of pistol within the armed forces.
