B-rdy Drills: First and Only Four

First and Only Four Drill is simple shooting drill that focuses more on the “mindset” than on shooting technique.

Draw from the holster and transfers – hit 4 gongs/poppers (1 m distances between them) at a distance of 10 meters. The criteria for success are a limit of 4 shots and all hits. Nothing complicated. The challenge lies in the fact that the shooter knows they have EXACTLY ONE attempt at this drill. The next attempt will have to wait until another B-rfy Performance training session or another visit to the range. So you have only 1 opportunity to success. Next try you will have at least another day.

DRILL DESCRIPTION

Pistol loaded and holstered. After start signal, draw and engage 4 poppers. You have only 1 chance per day to success. Miss = failure. Draw from the holster and transfers – hit IPSC small poppers (or similar sized steel gongs) – 1 m distances between them) at a distance of 10 meters. The criteria for success are a limit of 4 shots and all hits.

B-rdy Pistol Performance Oriented Trainings are suited for our students who passed our Pistol Handling System Course, but they are also open for everybody who wants to train under our B-rdy Performance oriented approach. Doesn’t matter if you want train shooting from concealed carry self-defense, or with equipment for a dynamic sport shooting disciplines, or use of pistol within the armed forces.
