Jakub Kalabza

Jakub “Kaly” Kalabza has been training with B-rdy since 2015. In 2018, he became a professional with service experience. For more than 7 years, he worked for one of the Czech intelligence services, where he worked his way up to shooting instructor, where he was able to use the methodological experience he gained at B-rdy. Today, he serves in the Czech Army and continues to focus on shooting skills.

In the civilian sector, he has been a sport shooter for more than 12 years. Within B-rdy, he participates in the creation and development of methodology in the field of personal security, soft target protection, and surveillance. At the same time, he is involved in the organization of shooting events, including Czech Combat and the regular monthly B-rdy Military Challenge competitions.

He also regularly participates in LOS and IPSC shooting competitions, including the Lišovský Cup and the N-Mission competition organized by the Nezdolní group. Practice, reality, and a functional approach are the basis of his teaching.
